As part of the admissions workflow, applicants are required to pay a 1,500 EGP (~$30 USD) Application Processing Fee when submitting their application through the official university portal at iucairo.co.uk.
This fee is securely collected and processed by Atana Trading on behalf of Imperial University in Cairo and is used to support administrative handling, verification, and application management.
What Applicants Receive After Payment
Upon successful payment, applicants immediately receive:
- A formal payment confirmation email
- An official receipt for the processing fee (1,500 EGP / ~$30 USD)
- Their unique application reference number (e.g.
IUC-2026-XXXXX) - Automatic forwarding of their application to the University’s Admissions Office for review
