LoadingStay-in-post executive practice for women leading GCC and family firms—not a UN Women badge.
Online & New Capital Campus

Women’s executive leadership programmes often export a Silicon Valley voice into a majlis. This certificate starts in post: the bilingual pack, the localisation score, and the related-party item nobody wants minuted. You will map how Vision 2030 participation targets become headcount theatre, and how attestation of overseas leadership certificates is not evaluation of whether you can chair a committee in Arabic. Family enterprises and public bodies in Arab states are the cases. You will write an EN+AR board note, design a stay-in-post learning contract with your organisation, and refuse League of Arab States or UN logos on a personal brand this university does not control. The award is an academic certificate. It is not a listed-company director licence and not a feminist NGO appointment. It is for leaders who must keep the file moving while still in the job. You will write a board note from your current post on a related-party item, negotiate a stay-in-post learning contract that does not impersonate a secondment, and map Vision 2030 participation targets without headcount theatre. Family enterprises and public bodies are the rooms. Tuition-free online PGCert. No UN Women, bank, or LAS logos in documentary stills. PGCert Women in Executive Leadership (Stay-in-Post) is taught as one award, not a list of unrelated modules. The published length is 9 months, and the credit total is 15. Students move from EN+AR Board Notes from Post through EN+AR Board Notes from Post; Related-Party Items and Minute Discipline; Vision 2030 Participation versus Theatre; Attestation versus Evaluation of Leadership Papers; Workplace Pack: Stay-in-Post Leadership File, and finish on Workplace Pack: Stay-in-Post Leadership File. Each course has a question, a method, and a submission. In this field, students diagnose one organisation and carry a decision through to a recommendation. Reading is a case, a short financial extract, and a stakeholder note. The artefact a marker expects is a consulting brief a manager could use. The award is built so that a graduate can do the following in practice: Write a bilingual board note from your current post Map localisation and participation without headcount theatre Design a stay-in-post learning contract Teaching assumes the student can read a source, attempt a problem before the seminar, and revise after feedback. Attendance at live seminars is part of the design. The capstone or final course must use the methods of the earlier courses; a project that ignores them does not pass. The pages for each course name the topics that are examined. Those topics are the syllabus. A brochure line is not a substitute for them.
Fifteen credits, nine months: board writing, stay-in-post politics, and a workplace pack. Tuition-free online. Documentary photos without UN/LAS logos.

| IUC2701 | EN+AR Board Notes from Post EN+AR Board Notes from Post (IUC2701) is a 3-credit course on PGCert Women in Executive Leadership (Stay-in-Post), with 30 notional learning hours. By the end, students can diagnose one organisation and carry a decision through to a recommendation, using EN+AR Board Notes from Post as the working context rather than a generic management example. The course is taught in three movements. First, students establish the terms and the decision the course is about. Second, they apply the method to a case, dataset, text, or design and compare it with a weaker alternative. Third, they revise the work after feedback and state what the conclusion cannot support. Preparation uses a case, a short financial extract, and a stakeholder note. Seminar time is for the decision, not for reading the materials aloud. Assessment is a consulting brief a manager could use. A pass requires a clear method, evidence a marker can check, and an explicit limit. Credit is not awarded for summary alone.
